This wine is made from Shiraz, Bobal and Tempranillo.
The work starts with a hand selected picking and a long pre-fermentative cold maceration. After low temperature fermentation (25-26 ºC) it ends with an aging of 6 months in French and Hungarian oak barrels.

Appearance: Red cherry with purple hues.
Nose: Intense fruity, balsamic and spicy notes.
Palate: fresh and fleshy with a mineral aftertaste.
