Photos of Wine Night May 2010
We have just finished another great Vino Valencia Wine Night! Thank you for coming to those who could make it. If you couldn’t be there this month we hope to see you on one of our next events.
The three wines this month came again from all over the Communidad Valenciana.
We had the:
- Sybarus Tardana Único 2009 of Bodegas Torroja, D.O. Utiel-Requena
- Cesilia Rosado 2009 of Heretat de Cesilia, D.O. Alicante
- Orero Selección 2006 of Masía de la Hoya, Castellon
All these beautiful wines were accompanied by a tapa made under the supervision of Chef Massimo of Alter Ego and we think he came up with some exciting combinations!
By the way, did you know that if you go visit Alter Ego for dinner the coming week (week days only) and you mention Vino Valencia, you receive a bottle of Lambrusco Free of Charge*?!
Pierpaoloa Palazzo was again so kind to take professional photos during the event and before we show you the results, we would like to let you know that he is exhibiting some of his work in Ubik Cafe from May 20 onwards.
