Since last month, Valencia hosts a new quality hamburger restaurant, opened on May 21st; the desire to give life to an innovative and creative idea led Mirco, Luca and Marta to open Mesclat.
Mesclat is the answer to that burger craving that invades us from time to time.
To mitigate the Anglo-Saxon cuisine with a Mediterranean touch they provide piadinas, focacia bread and seasonal salads. You can create your own hamburger by choosing among selected quality products as well as different kinds of bread baked strictly by hand. Even those of you who are vegetarians do not have to be worried because you will be able to “mix up” your vegetables with falafel, tofu burgers etc…
All this is accompanied by a well balanced wine list at reasonable prices, many varieties of beer and the amazing cocktails mixed by Carlo.
