Restaurant Tahine in Carmen has been open already for quite a few years, since October this year Chef Edward (Eddie) Phillips has been invited to add his success formula to the establishment and from the recent rise in popularity, we think this has been the right decision!
The company behind Tahine is the Grupo JBL that also manages restaurants like Submarino in Oceanográfico and Palau de la Música among others.
Eddie, who is of Welsh and Spanish origin, and his team create wonderful tapas and they offer a fantastic service. Tahine Restaurant also offers an impressive wine list.

Tahine Restaurant has been the hosting venue for the Vino Valencia Wine Night of December 16, 2009. The photos of the event can be viewed at the main Photos page.
