The Ginger Loft

The ginger loft is a cafe-lounge in central Valencia, Spain, tucked in a side street off C/San Vicente Martir between Plaza Ayuntamiento and Plaza de la Reina, offering a selection of classic and modern tapas styled dishes, accompanied with some wonderful Valencian Community wines.

The owners Michael and Santi run this cozy lounge-cafe-restaurant with a great list of classic and original cocktails, wines, beers and premium spirits. For those looking to eat, a selection of sharing platters and sweet treats will be available.

Due to their previous stay in Asia and their affection for the Asian kitchen, the menu includes Asian specials each day. For example, the specials may include a Thai curry, a dish with Chinese origins and an Indonesian influenced salad.
