Divine & vineyards is a family run winery located in the municipality of Segovia(Castellón). Since 2009, after recovering an abandoned vineyard on the banks of the Regajo Swamp they are dedicated to the care of the vineyard and winemaking. They are one of 8 wineries labelled as “Protected Geographical Indication Vins de Castelló” cultivating, producing and bottling wine on their own property.

Nearby the winery are 7.5 hectares of vineyards, which represent the most important value of the winery itself. The grapes are harvested manually and once on site they arevselected grain by grain with the greatest care.
The objective is to get hold of the highest quality wines while respecting tradition as well as ongoing research.

The farm is located in Tarihuela 410m above sea level along the Regajo Swamp; the irregular shape and extraordinary swamp forest that surrounds it, besides creating a picturesque landscape, produce a very special microclimate that gives this vineyard unique weather patterns.

Within the 7 ha. such varieties as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Tempranillo, Syrah, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat are cultivated.

The wine is made in tanks of up to 3000L capacity, the grapes previously macerated in cold and then aged in 225L oak barrels; wine is then clarified according to tradition with egg whites and finally filtered to preserve its best features.
This wine is deliberately and absolutelybnatural, avoiding formulas and chemical additives in order to obtain an original and authentic product which is then bottled and labeled by hand.
Even the corks used to protect the Sierra Espadán wines are made from natural cork!
