Finca Collado is an old winery where modern technology and traditional methods are combined in order to produce wines of the highest quality.
Located in Salinas, under the Alicante Denomination of Origin, at 550m a.s.l. and 60km away from the Mediterranean Sea shores.
With the start of the new century and after many years of experience as producers, the decision to produce quality wines, made only with the best grapes from the vineyards was taken.
The result of this passion are the Finca Collado red as well as Finca Collado white wines, both fermented in barrels, and the white and young Chardonney.
At Finca Collado, 12 hectares of vineyards planted on flat fertile lands are being worked: the vine shoots are 20 years old and grown on trellises. The minimal yields permit Finca Collado to obtain the best grapes and therefore the best possible quality wine.
