Vino Valencia Tasting Notes
Appearance: Yellow with a slightly green edge.
Nose: Citrus, apricot, peach, rose petals
Palate: Fruity, fresh, great persistence.
Babalú food thoughts: Chicken tapa with onion souce and thin potatoes.

Appearance: Pale lemon yellow, clean and bright, good legs.
Nose:Fresh light nose with orange, rose, grape and peach.
Palate:Full, peachy long fat finish.
Too much for me as an aperitif, this needs fish, shellfish or arroces. A restaurant favourite especially in the El Palmar area!
