Grape varieties used are Chardonnay & Muscat; the wine stays 3 months in new French oak casks and the ideal serving temperature is 6º – 9ºC.

During the vinification process, after the pressing, it is sent directly to the casks where it made the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation with a daily batônage with its own leeds.

It is an elegant and different white wine, with its own personality.

Vino Valencia Tasting Notes

Appearance: Goldish yellow.
Nose: ripe fruit, pineapple and apricot.
Palate: Honey, orange blossom.
Mesclat food thoughts:Mini-pizza with scamorza cheese, smoked-dried tomato, rosemary and ham.
