The grape variety used is 100% Bobal, indigenous variety from Utiel- Requena Area. This Rosado is very well balanced with a perfect harmony between colour, aromas and taste.

Cañada Mazán Bobal Rosado 2009 has won the Bronze Medal at Bacchus Madrid 2000 and Silver Medal at Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2003.

Appearance: Shiny strawberry.
Nose: Rich bouquet, strawberry.
Palate: Hints of berry fruits, raspberry.
Mesclat food thoughts: Seafood cream “chupito” with crispy parmesan.
