Used on event: June 16th Vino Valencia Wine Night at Babalú.

Made from choice Muscat of Alexandria grapes selected for their excellent ripening and taken from very old vines (more than 40 years old). Produced on small farms located on hillsides overlooking the Mediterranean in the La Marina region, where Muscat (Moscatell) varieties have been grown for more than two thousand years.
With his alc. Vol. of 14º, it is an extraordinarily fresh and smooth wine, not at all cloying; have to be serves at a temperature of 5/7º C.

Cristal·lí is the winner of 2005 Silver Zarcillo and of Gold Medal at the Challenge international du Vin 2006, Bordeaux.

Vino Valencia Tasting Notes

Appearance: golden, very light yellow.
Nose: musk, exotic fruits, orange.
Palate: rose, grapefruit, orange.
Babalú food thoughts: Tapa of duck magret.
