Bottled in February 2007; Tempranillo, Merlot varieties matured for 12 months in oak casks – 1/3 French oak, 1/3 American oak and 1/3 Rumanian oak.
Vino Valencia Tasting Notes
Appearance: dark ruby red
Nose: forest fruits, rose, cheese, salt
Palate: salty, licorice, cherries, black pepper, soft, soft tannins, bit acidity, feel alcohol after swallowing
Alter Ego food thoughts: ravioli with chestnuts and mushroom sauce.




















Appearance: Deep cherry red, almost ruby, with long legs.
Nose: Warm and sunny black fruits, blackberry and vanilla.
Palate: Strong black fruits, blackberry vanilla and balsamic hints, soft tannins. An easy drinker.
Appearance: Dark Cherry/ruby
Nose: Dark fruits (blackberries)
Palate: Soft and worm with just the right touch of acidity.
This wine got tasting better as it sat for a few minutes, it is recmmended on the bottle to decant it for 5 minutes, I think 10 would be better. Very nice full body wine could go well with meats and stews.
