Name wine: Temps ’08

Type: red wine

Winery: Mas de Rander Benicassim.

Used on event: The May Vino Valencia Wine Night celebrates the Art @ the restaurant Belles Artes, on the 16th!

A red wine made of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah varieties.

Totally stripped and partially crushed, fermented at controlled temperature. Aged in French oak barrels for 7 months.
Neither enzymes nor additives have been used.

Appearance: Cherry red.
Nose: Wood and berries.
Palate: Powerful, long in mouth, balanced
